Q: What payment methods are available?

Paypal is the preferred method. VISA, Mastercard, and American Express are also accepted but must be run manually. You will need to contact us using the contact form and we will either call you at the number you request, or you may call us to process this transaction.

Annual subscriptions may also pay by personal check or bank wire. Email us using the contact form and we will send you the information you need.

Q: Why is the annual fee so cheap compared to the monthly?

Because I want you to be successful. That may sound like I am being altruistic. I am not. I am actually being somewhat selfish here. I want you to be successful because I want you to be a happy subscriber. I firmly believe that a month or two simply isn’t enough time to give Overnight Edges to determine whether you can benefit from it. I say this for a few reasons. First, it will be a new approach to trading for many people. So it may take a little while to get comfortable. Secondly, while year-by-year returns have been solid for me, month-to-month have been more variable. And that isn’t only with regards to performance, but also with the number of trade opportunities that arise. Using the Overnight Odds Sheets and requiring certain probabilities as I do, you may only get 60 or so trading opportunities in a given year. While the average might be 4-5 trades per month, there may be some months with 1-2 trading opportunities (or there could even be a month with 0 at some point). If someone signs up for 1 month and there is only 1 or 2 strong trading opportunities that month, and they end up losing money, there is a decent chance they will 1) be frustrated, 2) be an unhappy subscriber, 3) quit, and 4) not recommend (or even badmouth) Overnight Edges. I don’t want any of that to happen. I want happy subscribers that are trained and willing to wait out dry spells and pounce when strong opportunities arise. I want people making money and bragging about it. I want you so happy that you tell everyone about how great Overnight Edges is. So it is in my interest to encourage behavior that will help you succeed. And I feel you have a better chance of success with an annual subscription than with a monthly one.

Also, since an annual commitment is larger right up front, traders will have a larger vested interest in their own success. After spending a decent amount of money traders will be more inclined to take the necessary steps to be successful. They’ll be more willing to do what it takes to make it work. An annual payment shows commitment on the part of the trader, and can be inspirational for them. And of course annual subscribers won’t feel pressured to find immediate success before their next month’s payment is due.

So there are a lot of reasons I want people to subscribe on an annual basis rather than monthly. And to encourage it I have heavily discounted annual subscriptions. Still, I understand that monthly payments are necessary for some people, so I do provide that option.

Q: Do you offer any guarantees?

Unfortunately, no. I will make great efforts to help traders take advantage of the edges published here. But like many things in life, great effort does not always equal great results. Trading is a difficult endeavor. I hope to make it easier for many of you, but success is never guaranteed. All subscriptions come with a 1-week trial period. So if after a week you determine the information or approach is not to your liking, you may cancel with only a small amount of time and money spent on your part.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

You may cancel at any time and won’t be billed again. Fees already paid are not refundable. We offer a significant discount for annual subscriptions, but in return we do ask for a 1-year commitment.

Q: Can I share an account with someone else?

Account sharing is not permitted. The system monitors login activity. If more than 1 computer logs in within a 1 hour period, the account will be locked.

Q: When are the Odds Sheets updated?

Odds sheets generally begin updating about 3:54pm EST. As we approach the close (4pm for ETFs, 4:15pm for futures) the Odds Sheets are updated every minute in case fast action changes the odds.

Q: When is the EdgeFinder updated?

The EdgeFinder gets updated each day between 10-15 minutes before the close. It identifies setups that could trigger that have historically shown a propensity for the ES futures to gap in a certain direction the next morning.

Q: What is the deal with the trading room?

The trading room will be a work in progress. Initially, I plan to have it open about three days per week from about 3:55 PM until 4:20 or 4:25 PM. For the time being it will be open to all subscribers so that they may interact with each other and me as the close approaches. I intend to use it as an education tool to help traders learn the nuances of overnight trading. If it turns out the room is a popular feature among subscribers, I will likely upgrade the service and begin charging for it. If it is not popular, I will probably scale back and offer it less frequently.
